Beginner Light Rocks - Ages 7-8

New curlers ages 7-8 will learn basic curling techniques, play games and have fun on the ice.
Wednesdays 4:30-5:30.

Important safety notice: helmets are mandatory for under age 12, and highly recommended for new curlers that are older than 12. There are no specific helmets for curling, but Nova Scotia Curling suggests using helmets suitable for ice sports.
